Extra information on Cambridgeshire

For some extra information on the county of Cambridgeshire which I may have missed out in the actual episode.


The flag of Cambridgeshire (pictured below) was instated on 1st February 2015, and it was designed by Brady Ells. The three crowns represent East Anglia, the wavy blue lines represent the River Cam, and the colour is relevant, because the lines are in the colour of Cambridge University.

Interesting information about Cambridgeshire and the contrast between Silicon Fen and the rural areas of the north of the county and The Fens. I love the old maps from the 1830's.
